Drug Interactions With Zalcitabine

As with any medication, there are potential drug interactions with zalcitabine. Combining it with other medications, such as certain antibiotics, can change the levels of zalcitabine in your blood. As a result, these interactions can increase your risk of side effects or decrease the effectiveness of zalcitabine. Check with your healthcare provider before taking zalcitabine with any other medications.
