Wymzya Fe

Wymzya Fe is a type of birth control pill that works to prevent pregnancy by stopping ovulation, altering the cervical mucus, and changing the lining of the uterus. There is only one standard dosage -- one tablet taken once a day, at the same time every day. Possible side effects include headaches, nausea, and breast tenderness.

What Is Wymzya Fe?

Wymzya™ Fe (norethindrone/ethinyl estradiol) is a prescription birth control pill. As one of the few chewable birth control pills available, it is particularly useful for women who have difficulty swallowing tablets. It is an "authorized generic" version of Femcon® Fe. This means that it contains the actual Femcon Fe medication, simply repackaged in generic packaging.

If side effects do occur, in most cases, they are minor and either require no treatment or are easily treated by you or your healthcare provider. Serious side effects are less common.
