Dosing Information

There is only one standard recommended dose for this medication. As always, do not adjust your dosage unless your healthcare provider specifically tells you to do so.

Side Effects of Veregen

Just like any medicine, Veregen may cause side effects. However, not everyone who uses the drug will experience problems. In fact, most people tolerate it quite well. If reactions do occur, in most cases, they are minor and either require no treatment or are treated easily by you or your healthcare provider. Serious side effects are less common. Although most people who use Veregen will experience skin reactions, severe skin reactions are less common.
 
In studies, some of the most common side effects of this medication included:
 
  • Redness of the skin
  • Itching
  • Burning
  • Pain.

Drug Interactions

Veregen appears unlikely to react with other medications (see Veregen Drug Interactions).

  • Any allergies, including to medications, foods, dyes, or preservatives.
