Since the medication can worsen depression, gallbladder disease, and high blood pressure, let your healthcare provider know if you have any of these conditions before taking Tri-Sprintec. Precautions and warnings also apply to women who may be pregnant or have heart disease, a blood clotting disorder, or liver disease.
