Warnings and Precautions With Tilia Fe

Some health conditions can be made worse by taking Tilia Fe, including depression, gallbladder disease, and high blood pressure. Before taking this oral contraceptive, Tilia Fe's warnings and precautions should be reviewed with your healthcare provider. This helps ensure that this birth control pill is right for you. This product should not be taken by people with heart disease or certain other conditions.

What Should I Tell My Healthcare Provider?

Prior to using Tilia™ Fe (norethindrone/ethinyl estradiol), tell your healthcare provider if you have:
 
 
Also, let your healthcare provider know if you:
 
  • Have an upcoming surgery
  • Smoke cigarettes
  • Are pregnant or thinking of becoming pregnant
  • Are breastfeeding.
     
Make sure to tell your healthcare provider about any other medications you are taking, including prescription and nonprescription medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements.
