Based on these studies, the most common side effects of nelfinavir (when used with two other HIV medications) included:
- Diarrhea -- in up to 20 percent of people
- Nausea -- up to 7 percent
- Gas -- up to 5 percent
- Rash -- up to 3 percent.
Less Common Nelfinavir Side Effects
