Vestura is approved for preventing pregnancy and treating acne in women of reproductive age. There may also be times where a healthcare provider will prescribe Vestura for other, unapproved uses, such as for the treatment of irregular menstrual periods, heavy menstrual bleeding, and premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD).
