STD Home > Learning More About Your Ovulation Cycle

Final Thoughts

Pay attention to your ovulation cycle, if you are not already doing so. Consider marking the start of each period on your calendar. Within a few cycles, you will be able to tell how long your cycles typically last and if they are fairly consistent or highly variable. If you are on "the pill," your cycles should be quite regular and predictable, as they are not natural cycles. This information can be valuable, especially if you ever wonder if you might be pregnant.
