Who Should Not Take Lopinavir and Ritonavir?

You should not take lopinavir and ritonavir if you:
 
  • Are allergic to lopinavir, ritonavir, or any inactive components used to make the combination medication. Your healthcare provider or pharmacist has a list of the inactive components.
     
  • Take any of the medications that should never be taken with lopinavir and ritonavir (see Drug Interactions With Lopinavir and Ritonavir).
