The following sections explain in detail the potentially negative interactions that can occur when lopinavir and ritonavir is combined with any of the drugs listed above.

Alfuzosin
Lopinavir and ritonavir should not be combined with alfuzosin, as this may increase the amount of alfuzosin in the blood to dangerous levels.

Anticoagulation Medications
Lopinavir and ritonavir may affect warfarin, and close monitoring is required while taking these two medications together. Lopinavir and ritonavir may increase the levels of rivaroxaban in your blood, increasing the risk of dangerous bleeding. It is not recommended that these medications be taken together.

Arrhythmia Medications
Lopinavir and ritonavir may increase the level of certain arrhythmia medications in your blood, possibly increasing the risk of dangerous side effects. Talk with your healthcare provider before taking lopinavir and ritonavir with one of these medications.
