What If I Take an Overdose of Fosamprenavir?

In studies, high doses of fosamprenavir caused an increase in liver enzymes, which can be a sign of liver damage. If you happen to overdose on fosamprenavir, seek immediate medical attention.

How Should Fosamprenavir Be Stored?

Fosamprenavir should be stored at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. Keep both tablets and oral suspension in an airtight container.
 
Keep fosamprenavir and all other medications out of the reach of children.
 

What Should I Do If I Miss a Dose of Fosamprenavir?

It is very important that you not miss fosamprenavir doses. If you do not take your fosamprenavir as scheduled, take the missed dose as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Be sure to tell your healthcare provider if you are having trouble remembering to take your HIV medications.

Fosamprenavir comes in the following strengths and forms:
 
  • Fosamprenavir 700 mg tablets
