Drug Interactions With Etravirine

A number of medications can cause potentially serious drug interactions with etravirine, including erectile dysfunction medicines, certain arrhythmia drugs, diazepam, and protease inhibitors. Taking etravirine with these medications can increase or decrease the drug levels in your blood, perhaps reducing the effectiveness of these products. In order to help prevent drug interactions, you should tell your healthcare provider about all other medications you are taking.
