Talk with your healthcare provider before taking this drug if you have:- Hepatitis B or hepatitis C
- Kidney disease, including kidney failure (renal failure)
- Liver disease, such as liver failure or cirrhosis
- Osteoporosis or other bone problems
- A history of mental illness
- Any allergies, including to foods, dyes, or preservatives.
Also, let your healthcare provider know if you are:
- Pregnant or thinking of becoming pregnant (see Complera and Pregnancy)
- Breastfeeding (see Complera and Breastfeeding).
Make sure to tell your healthcare provider about all other medications you are taking, including prescription and nonprescription medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements.

Dosing Information for Emtricitabine/Rilpivirine/Tenofovir
There is only one standard dose for this medication, regardless of your age or weight. As always, do not adjust your dosage unless your healthcare provider specifically tells you to do so.
