CryselleCryselle is a generic birth control pill that is only available by prescription. It is a combined oral contraceptive (containing both estrogen and progestin) that works by stopping ovulation and altering the cervical mucus and endometrium. Cryselle tablets must be taken once daily, at the same time each day. Although most women tolerate the pill well, potential side effects include nausea, breast tenderness, and headache.
