Colesevelam can bind to the hormones in CamreseLo in the digestive tract, preventing them from being absorbed into the bloodstream. This may increase the risk of pregnancy. Make sure to take CamreseLo at least four hours before your colesevelam dosage.
 
Cyclosporine
CamreseLo may increase the level of cyclosporine in your blood, possibly increasing the chance for side effects. Talk with your healthcare provider before taking these medications together. You may need a lower cyclosporine dosage, or you may need to switch to a different method of contraception.
